In this sequel to the 2003 Disney hit, Will Turner (Orlando Bloom) sets off to find Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) to get a compass from him to free his fiance, Elizabeth Swann (Keira Knightley). Jack and Will Find out that Jack owes his soul and an eternity of service on the Flying Dutchman to Davy Jones (Bill Nighy).
Only a script this predictable could torpedo this sequel low enough as to drain all the charm away from the leads who had so much more wit before. On top of it all, this is Disney's most financially successful film, and is the only one in the series to have won an Oscar. Followed by PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: AT WORLD'S END.
